Shaheen Public College Admission Policy 2018 - 2019

• Admission for class XI will begin from July 1st, 2018. Admissions will close on October 15th, 2018. No new admission candidates will be entertained after that day.
• First preference will be given to Shaheenians that have passed matriculation exam. Admission for the Shaheenians will be guaranteed based on their grade 9th results.
• In addition, a 50% discount in the tuition fee will be given to all Shaheenians with A+ and A grades.
• There will be scheduled dates for admission test. Please contact the college office for the dates of admission test.
• Admission in the college will only be confirmed by the college principal. Office staff cannot approve any admissions.
• Interview will be scheduled after the test with the principal.
• Admission test should be passed with at least a score of 50%.
• Students with Supply will NOT be admitted into Pre-Med, Pre-Engineering or Computer Science classes. They can be admitted to Commerce section only.
• A maximum of Two (2) supply maybe accepted into commerce. However if the student does not pass the supply papers within 3 months of admission, his probational admission will be cancelled.
• To get admission, the students should have passed the matriculation exams and pass Shaheen entry test by at least 50%.
• O-Levels and other academic Boards require clearance / permission letter from the secondary board. It is the responsibility of the student not Shaheen college to get the clearance.
• Students with Matric in General Group/ Humanities subjects CANNOT apply for science subjects.
• Science group can be admitted into Humanities or Commerce Group.

Students can register on any day of the week and schedule for a Test date. Tests will be conducted on the scheduled date. Admission test result will be shared by the Principal.
